What you will need
Mince beef, Broccoli, Potato, mushrooms, chilli, chives, cheese.
Grab your beef with an egg, ginger paste, salt, black pepper, turmeric.
Break into small pieces and roll into balls and then press flat in your hands. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge.
Take a potato and stab it all over with a knife. Then put into the microwave for 5 minutes. Flip over and then put it back in the microwave for 2 minutes. After this check to see if it is just soft all the way through by pushing a knife into it.
Cut the potato in half and with a spoon hollow out the potato and keep it.
Rub a bit of salt into the skin of the potato and place in a preheated oven on gas mark 6 for 5 minutes.
Cut up the chives, chilli, mushrooms and grate some cheese. Then put it into a mixing bowl.
